With over 20 years of experience across behavioral health, education, and organizational leadership, she brings a powerful combination of academic expertise and lived experience to every stage she steps on.
A childhood trauma survivor, she has transformed her personal journey into a mission — helping organizations build resilient cultures, develop effective leaders, and support individuals navigating high-demand environments.
